Awesome article Gab, from the list I excercise everyday for 45 minutes, my office is 5 minutes away from home I got by bike, I meditate half an hour every day.

And there are a couple of activities that I have to do more, like spending time with family and friends, going outside and helping others.

Nice article Gabi, thanks for sharing.

I actually do all of them tongue.gif Except for sleeping as much as I should - I try to stick to 7 hrs a night, but sometimes it's 6 hrs 30 minutes .. Should aim for 8 tho. I really feel it when I don't get enough rest.

It's funny, 8 hours of sleep and I wake up tired. 7 hours is fine. And sometimes unless it's more nights in a row even 3 hours can be fine!

You guys would feel very surprised if you read another article that is linked in the one that I shared in which the topic is "how many hours should we sleep to feel well and live longer". It says that the the myth of "8 hours" is not true and there are studies that affirms two statements:

“People who sleep between 6.5 hr. and 7.5 hr. a night, live the longest, are happier and most productive”

“Sleeping 8.5 hr. might really be a little worse than sleeping 5 hr.”
