Hi everybody,

I live in Sweden and have played on and off since I was around 16 years old or so (am 45 now...). From time to time I haven't played at all for several years but when I found GMC last year I decided to get going again. This time I will put some more effort into it.

I mostly play hardrock, metal and also some blues.
My gear is a Gibson Les Paul Standard and also a strat which is actually my first guitar modified a lot over the years. I mostly use a Boss ME-70 through headphones (to keep my neighbours happy...). Sometimes I also use a Peavey Windsor Studio.

I really must say that this GMC stuff is awesome! Keep it going!

Hi Cherokee!! Welcome to the site. smile.gif

I have some questions for you!

Which are your favourite artists and bands?
What styles would you like to learn here?
Do you have any video of you playing?

There are some really cool features here like Vchat sessions, mentoring programs, REC, collaboration, and lots of amazing lessons... so let us know if you want some assistance with the site and lessons.

Favourite artists/bands:
From my early years Thin Lizzy, Gary Moore, Rainbow. Recent years I listen a lot to various metal, power metal. Swedish bands I like are In Flames, Hammerfall, Tad Morose, Sabaton and many more.

Styles I am looking into here are at the moment power metal, a bit difficult with the fastest parts but it is getting on.

No videos yet.

Hi,
No, no band, just playing at home mostly.
Because of, on and off, several years of not playing at all I haven't really improved so much over the years.

It is time to change this now!
