It's very difficult (for me) to step out of my comfort zone & upload a video of my playing. The same is true for pressing that camera button in the video chats. But I do know that the only way to get helpful advice is for the instructors to see & hear my progress. Not only are the instructors knowledgeable but I can't tell you how much helpful advice I've received from the members here at GMC. And I wouldn't have received that advice if they hadn't seen & heard my playing. Thank you for posting this because I definitely needed to hear this! It's very hard to believe that in this community it's totally different from other sites. If you upload a video with "errors" nobody will "kill" you or laugh at you because all we are here to learn something. To share videos with your playing it's a good way to receive the help of instructors because they know how to change bad things in good things. But it's hard to understand and do this thing. Unfortunately, our society is filled with people that hide their own weaknesses by laughing at others who are trying and thus, creating a very bad thinking habit for those who wish to improve deep inside, but are too scared of what society might say when they expose their works, in whatever field. GMC is a society that is different We all help each other and the progress of one is the progress of many. It sounds like a utopia, but what if the way in which other societies would function on the basis of this model?
