> Rules

Here is where the magic happens: the REC board turns bedroom guitarists into real pros. Remember - it doesn't matter if you fail or pass, as long as you keep posting REC takes you will progress.

The entries will be graded by a number of instructors. After grading, members will be accredited with the appropriate points if they pass, and adjustments will be made to their REC level.
Passing grade is 6 or higher.

Hi mate! Nice take on this cool lesson. You learnt the whole thing very good and there are only details to fix to master it. There are some little timing issues in some sections (for example at 00:36). Besides that I think that you should make the riffs sounds clearer and smoother. You can make it sound clearer, more defined, picking stronger but you will be able to make it sound smoother just with more days of practice. There is also a bend in the last melodies out of pitch.

Nothing more! Just keep on working hard! wink.gif

Hey, this was quite good. The timing could be improved, getting the riffs tighter.

As Gabriel said, your picking needs to be more consistent. Some notes were strong but some were very weak.. so spend more time getting some confidence in your pick strokes. With riffs like this you can dig in and let the notes sound meaty and chunky ! smile.gif

This was quite a nice take. I like that warm tone even though I have to agree with both guys. Some moments are very confident and solid while at some points a miss a huge punch from the right hand. But You kept the whole level quite nice smile.gif Well done smile.gif
