Seeing Manowar tomorrow night live in Chicago! HAIL!!!!

Anyone see them play before? They put on quite a show. They are loud as hell and there are plenty of guitar solos. Plus Joey DeMaio gives a couple speeches - that guy is a little nuts!

I've never actually seen them but I've always liked their stuff, mainly their older albums.

I think they've stretched their credibility beyond the limit with re-recording now 2 of their classic albums.. but I'm sure that live they still kill !

I"d say bring a pair of discrete ear plugs if at all possible smile.gif It would be a shame to lose part of your hearing for only a single show. If you get a decent pair of ear plugs, the concert will actually sound better. The ear can only process so much at really high db levels.

But beyond ear safety, enjoy the show!!
