> Rules

Here is where the magic happens: the REC board turns bedroom guitarists into real pros. Remember - it doesn't matter if you fail or pass, as long as you keep posting REC takes you will progress.

The entries will be graded by a number of instructors. After grading, members will be accredited with the appropriate points if they pass, and adjustments will be made to their REC level.
Passing grade is 6 or higher.

Hey mate!

I think this take can sound much better as soon as you will focus on reaching the exact pitches of the notes played - the best way to work on that, is to record against the original take and notice the differences!

Keep rocking!

To be honest some of the bends show You have a good hearing. Unfortunately it needs more focus. Make sure the backing track loundess is correct to take the pitch reference. The beginning is nice and it shows a few perfect bends but then You start to go somewhere around the right pitch.

Hi friend! As the other instructors said, the pitch of your bends is the problem here but I have to add that your guitar is not tuned perfectly and that makes it even more difficult to play. I can notice that you have a good ear because some bends sound better tuned than the notes played normally. So re-check your tuning and continue practicing.
