> Rules

Here is where the magic happens: the REC board turns bedroom guitarists into real pros. Remember - it doesn't matter if you fail or pass, as long as you keep posting REC takes you will progress.

The entries will be graded by a number of instructors. After grading, members will be accredited with the appropriate points if they pass, and adjustments will be made to their REC level.
Passing grade is 6 or higher.

Hi Ricky! You are working really hard! I find news from you in many thread from the site and this is something very positive. Keep on this motivation and your progress will be amazing. This take is really good, I like your feeling and timing is tight. The only comment that I have is that there are some notes and sections that are a bit different compared with the original lesson. This is just a commend because from my personal opinion is good to add your own style to the lessons.

Keep on the great job!

Very good performance even though You treat things with Your own addition / style. Gab pointed that out and to be honest it's nothing bad but of course You need to respect that the rating system is based on getting as close as possible to the original...because sometimes hidden details are the key to master some technique. Keep up the good work smile.gif

Hey Ricky!

Nothing new to add aside what Darius and Gabi have said smile.gif The one important thing here, is that the REC Zone is destined for takes trying to match the original recordings in lessons as much as possible, so that certain styles and techniques can be achieved.

If you wish to share your own versions of lessons - by all means, post them in the Practice room where everyone can learn from them wink.gif

Keep rocking!
