I"m digging it smile.gif It's a tip of the hat to early thrash & speed metal with bits of power metal for good measure smile.gif

This kicks ass, man. It's like if a power metal band grew a pair of balls smile.gif Sounds a lot more original and fresh than 99% of music in this style. Marcus is one vicious rhythm player.

I have to agree with TeoWulf. The track is classic metal but it sounds VERY fresh. I like it.

I also very much apperciate the complete absence of the typical metal shredding stuff

I really appreciate the lack of Blast Beats and Djenting to be honest. "Shredding" covers a lot of ground so not sure what you mean? Are you talking about leads or rythms? The leads do have shreddy bits smile.gif But ZERO "mario kart" licks which is nice.

It's fresh but still pays homage to traditional Metal. Well done smile.gif

On my facebook page, you said it sounded like a SLAVENKO song?

I was talking about the "I can play faster than you" style leads that most new metal bands use a lot. I don't have a problem with fast playing as long as it still makes sense in the musical context, but with most metal bands, it's just about showing off.
