Here is where the magic happens: the REC board turns bedroom guitarists into real pros. Remember - it doesn't matter if you fail or pass, as long as you keep posting REC takes you will progress.

The entries will be graded by a number of instructors. After grading, members will be accredited with the appropriate points if they pass, and adjustments will be made to their REC level.
Passing grade is 6 or higher.

Hey mate! Glad to see you are back and making progress! You need to get a better feel on the phrasing pulse as a general feel, but otherwise, the improvement is clear!

Keep rocking,

Cosmin

As Cosmin said, this take shows some improvement regarding the things that I marked in the previous take. By the way, there is still room to give the lesson more feeling, make your vibrato more consistent and give the phrases more dynamics. Have you tried using your thumb as Muris does in the lesson? You would get warmer and more dynamic phrasing.

Keep on the good job!

It's in deed batter than the previous one so the time spent on practice wasn't wasted smile.gif I think You could also try to tweak the tone a bit. You play very very very soft to get that worm tone but when You put the headphones or listen to it on monitors You still hear some sharp tone from the high strings. Try to mess with the tone knob. IT gives the ability to play a bit harder and keep the warmth of the sound. When playing harder it's usually a bit easier to fit the timming . Also...it gives more range for volume dynamics without getting any harshness from the guitar tone. Try to experiment. It should help.
