Oh! That sounds really bad mate, I'm so sorry about the virus issue. I understand that it's tricky to had the energy to redo everything again. It's great to know that you are putting your energy on practicing guitar. Keep going.

Here is the sequence played slow and badly! I'm struggling to sweep at a low tempo, but I'm struggling to remember the notes when playing faster.

Good Cael! This is a monter arpeggio lick. I recommend you work on small sections of this one in order to be able to play it fast. That's the only way to start playing this faster soon. Work on 1 measure at a time, then combine 2 and so...

I'm still struggling with it, but pushing it daily by few bpm. Maybe some day I will get it fast
Meanwhile I'm also working on alternate picking, which is going better

That sounds good. So you don't need more exercises, you need structure and maybe a few complementary exercises. In the case of Sweep Picking, I insist that the trick is to work on very small sections as a loop.
