Any Priest fans out here?

I recorded this cover 1,5 years ago. I think I should record this song once more. Correct all the timing issues and play the two guitar parts with two different guitars. And smoothen the solo's a bit more.

What do you think? Should I record it over again or not?

That sounds like a good idea!
Recording new version will be an excellent practice and will give you an opportunity to work on the details in this song.
You should also be able to see your progress over time by comparing two videos.

I agree with Bogdan smile.gif

Usually making videos of the same piece once every 1-2 months, will show you the progress you made. It's amazing how videos can show us the evolution that otherwise we might not notice. Try it, it's also a great way to keep yourself motivated wink.gif

Cool video! If you think that you will enjoy re-recording this one, it will be a great opportunity to adjust details and to compare how much your playing has improved.
