Hey Comsin, I think they still record because it's a family/friendship type of thing and Brett has his own recording studio and is a producer. They came out with a new album a couple years ago - They have 4 all together. One of the guitarist for Virgos Merlot (Ted Ledbetter) died a few years back at a very young age from diabetes. So sad. They had found a new singer once Brett left which sounded just like him, but they dropped their gimmick and the Virgos Merlot thing lost it's vibe. I have to say that next to Maynard - Brett is my favorite rock vocalist - lyrically and vocally. That first album was totally minblowing for me and indeed, Brett is among my favorite vocalists as well!
