> Rules

Here is where the magic happens: the REC board turns bedroom guitarists into real pros. Remember - it doesn't matter if you fail or pass, as long as you keep posting REC takes you will progress.

The entries will be graded by a number of instructors. After grading, members will be accredited with the appropriate points if they pass, and adjustments will be made to their REC level.
Passing grade is 6 or higher.

That is great, man! Nice tone! One thing I've noticed in the beginning of the track is that you weren't as precise rhythmically as you were in the rest of the song. I think that focusing on this constant pulse and getting it perfect will get you to the top. Let me know what you think! Keep rocking, man! smile.gif

Hey buddy!

You are playing very clean and precise as Marius observed, but you do have a tendency to rush things a bit smile.gif Try to stay in synch with the drum a little bit more and it could lead to a perfect take!

Also, recording against the original can show you where you are rushing.

Keep rocking!

Hi Lexman, this lesson is getting close but it still need more job. You don't need to play it for lots of hours, you need to play it maybe around 20 minutes every day for many days. Use it as a diary training and focus on playing the rhythm pattern very precise, go tight with the drums.

Keep on the hard work! wink.gif
