I found this in the PRS parts store. This matches up to the SE models. It seems strange that it would break like that.

The one on his link should be a direct replacement. The single tab should be your ground, of the three on the opposite side the 2 outside ones will be for your Bridge and Neck 'Hot' wires and the centre will be a joint 'Hot' for both pickups together.just unsolder the existing wires one at a time and immediately re-solder to the new switch exactly as you take them off and you'll be fine. If you explain in detail and maybe show a bill of sale, I bet PRS will send you a free toggle switch.
