I had a back procedure on Mon. Jully 28 called Radiofrequency Legioning where they stick four long needles in to your spine and run electricity along them to burn the nerves in your back. I've got back issues like many folks and this is one way to tackle it. It lasts about a year but hurts like crazy for a few days after. Here is an animation of the procedure.

I"ll be posting where I can as I've got my laptop in bed with me and my icepack!
