Both Sony and Universal also have 96 ch. Neve boards in (one of their) other rooms as well as the custom Harrisons.

The pics are of the Burt Lancaster theatre/cinema stage. The cinema seats about 150 people. As Ken says they also have a 96 channel Neve on the scoring stage and a few other Harrisons in some of the other large TV stages. I think though that a lot of the smaller TV stages use Digi Icons.

Warner Bros, Sony, Fox and Sky Walker sound all have similar Neve 88RS 'scoring consoles'.

What kind of mixing/recording work they do exactly in there?
It looks like a movie theater.

BINGO!! smile.gif It's used a lot for "scoring" mixes and such. They can mix just about anything related to "Sound for Picture" smile.gif
