> Rules

Here is where the magic happens: the REC board turns bedroom guitarists into real pros. Remember - it doesn't matter if you fail or pass, as long as you keep posting REC takes you will progress.

The entries will be graded by a number of instructors. After grading, members will be accredited with the appropriate points if they pass, and adjustments will be made to their REC level.
Passing grade is 6 or higher.

Dude that was badass !

There's some bits you play a little differently from me..

-Those 2 chords at 0:10-0:11.. there should be 2 strokes for each chord. You could use 2 downstrokes or do it as 1 down followed by an up
-On the main riff I hit both the E and A strings for the G5 chord that occurs in between all the fast single note stuff.

Your picking is very tight and clean, man.. it sounds great !!

Hi mate! Welcome back! I can say that your rhythm metal technique is top level. This take is killer. I just note some little timing issues in the galloping section starting at 00:30 but these are very small details. The overall killer.

Keep on rocking. wink.gif

Hey buddy!

Wow, you have killer metal rhythm chops, as the guys said! Congrats! Aside their observations on the details mentioned, I can only congratulate you once again and look forward to see more recordings from you!

Keep rocking!
