Rofl... I have illegaly downloaded bought that film just yesterday:)

Its totally awesome.. I have seen it two times in one day:)
Lyrics are hillarious (Teach me how to rock, My Dad thinks you are evil.. but he can suck a c**k)
Music is great (just listen... Tenacious D is always awesome - check their song Tribute on Youtube)
and Move? Best comedy since Monty Python:)

I was disappionted at this movie. No great music, no fun jokes. Lame acting, lame story. The story could have been fun with a better approach and acting. For a rock'n roll movie, School of Rock is way better imo. Even "Bill & Ted's Bogus Journey" and "Wayne's World"is more rock'n roll then this one. They didn't even end it with the best song in the world sad.gif Sorry.

Yeah, I agree, that I was dissapointed, that they didnt end up with Tribute (scene, when they were siting home and wondering, what was the song, they played in battle with Saten)..
But expect to that, it was great IMO... but I won't take you your opinion;)

Its basically a rock musical, with a silly story line. Funniest movie I have seen in a long while.

I don't compare it to the other rock and roll movies, they are all completely different and great.

Exactly!
I admit it had it's moments. I'm just disappointed that I ... got disappointed. And the musical thing put me off. I hate when they start singing and dancing completly unmotivated, instead of talking, and everyone knows the lyrics and the steps. I've seen to many 50-ies movies. smile.gif
I heard to many say it was so good before I saw it.

this is the best part and equally the best intro to a movie.....possibly ever. Dio, Meatloaf and the D.

Ooh well in that case! I like clerks better than clerks 2 tongue.gif laugh.gif

I think clerks 2 was made about 10 years after clerks original. Clerks 2 is pretty crude but it has some funny parts, the plot is not as good as the original in my opinion.

P.S I haven't looked at these links to YouTube yet, but as i have seen the movie i know there is alot of swearing in it. So probably best to put a warning next to the link.

I dunno, when I watched the first 10 minutes or even 20, I was like, this move is gonna own!
But then it was pretty much downhill from there, and overall I wasn't really satisfied.
