I just adopted new Hughes & Kettner Switchblade 50 valve combo biggrin.gif Man this amp just rocks biggrin.gif From great cleans to roaring screams. 4 channels, MIDI footswitch with 128 presets included, reverb , delay, chorus, flanger and tremolo effects on it. What could I wish for more biggrin.gif

More testing to come when I crank it with my band biggrin.gif

Congratulations on getting this amp. How did it sound on full volume when practicing with a band?
I think that this kind of amps (valve, up to 50watt, 1x12 speaker) is the best choice really. It is loud enough, sounds good enough and can be moved around to rehearsal/gigs rather smoothly. It just works in every scenario well (gigging / studio work and recording / rehearsals).
