I find the idea of ​​access student's records could be interesting .
A tab in the relevant lesson would be a good thing

- How many people have worked
- The dynamic they played
- The tone they used

Sometimes it is hard to compare with the instructor.
Do the maximum is not always enough.
Access videos of students, see the marks, could give us elements and maybe reassure us
