Hello

Can anyone reccomend me a drum software
I used EZ drummer before but that is on my old computer

I was just about to bring home a superior drummer file but it was 40 Gig ohmy.gif
Is there perhaps other option and prefarably simple pre made loops in different time signatures?

So give me some options would be appriciated
thanks smile.gif

Other than EZ Drummer the only thing I personally have experience with is Acoustica Beatcraft. It's like $30ish I believe.

The samples are okayish - EZ Drummer is a better choice though - and no loops, you have to make them yourself but it's a much easier interface than EZ Drummer.

As for sound samples you can hear it on a few of my jams:

The songs/mixes are pretty terrible but it gives you a good impression of how it will sound without any tweaking.

I'm sure there are other programs out there - free and not so free - but this is just my two cents biggrin.gif

I use EZ drummer on all of my computers since I can install it in several places once the license is bought. Do you not have room on your other computer for ez drummer? You can install it several places once you buy the license and you'd be able to open project on both computers smile.gif Not to mention nearly everyone here uses ez drummer so it would make it easy to collaborate here as well?

Look at drums on demand They supply pre-made loops (and single hits) in song formats

Check a program called MagiX music maker. It's awesome and you can download a demo. And also check YouTube for easy tutorials. Good luck.
its a all in one program solution with daw recording, loops instruments you name it.

EGAD your right!! I can't find the old version of ezdrummer for sale anywhere! Looks like they are going to force folks to upgrade. sad.gif

You might try Fruity Loops which is a free demo smile.gif

you should be able to still download ez1 from there website, you will need to put all your serial numbers and things. You will have to login and set up your license > I don't know if it will let you set up your license retroactively for EZ1
