Ok Gab, thank you.
I feel some pain in my right shoulder ...
I keep you in touch.

Do you think that the reason of your pain is guitar practice?

Maybe, I played 4-5 hours on Sum 41 lesson Saturday to polish my game at 180 bpm and the pain has begun Sunday when i'm waking up.
Today, I feel better.
No pain No gain lol biggrin.gif

Ok Gab,

It's the video you suggest in my routine
... but I confessed ... I did that the first days only . rolleyes.gif

Now, I understand by myself why is it so important wink.gif

Next week, I should bring my guitar at luthier, something is wrong with tuning.

Hi mate, have you checked the second week guidelines? There are complementary lessons there...

Check it and let me know if that's what you needed.

Hi mate! Let's design a new guitar plan. How much time per day can you practice?

Ok! I wonder,

what happened with these lessons?

Vibrato: https://www.guitarmasterclass.net/ls/Bens-Vibrato-Odyssey-5/
Bending: https://www.guitarmasterclass.net/ls/String-Bending/
Rhythm: https://www.guitarmasterclass.net/rhythm-gu.../pop-strumming/

If you didn't work on them, I would start from here, and add an alternate picking lesson.

Like this one: https://www.guitarmasterclass.net/ls/Altern...king-workout-3/
