Hi mate, what plug in are you using?

He is not using two tones at the same time, he is using delay effect. But off course the tone changes at 00:33.

Ok, I would go for guitar rig for this one.

For this tone I would pick a head that emulates soldano or bogner amps. Explore guitar rig help and try to find which amp is designed emulating one of them and try it. For the cabinet, I suggest a 4x12 and a dynamic mic that emulates sm57 off axis. This is off course to start, then you can tweak and try variations.

For the clean tone, you'll need to add delay and set the amp with low drive. Experiment with EQ and try to get a close equalization. If you read the texts of this lessons, you'll learn about delay settings: https://www.guitarmasterclass.net/ls/delay_eq_tricks/

About the distorted tone, you'll have to set a higher drive level, and I also recomend to add an overdrive (tube screamer emulation) as a pedal before the amp emulation. This will help you to get that sutain that Marcus has in the lesson, keeping the signal clean as it is there.

Please experiment with this ideas and let me know what you get.
