Hi

i have found a lesson about Bossa pattern

so i decide to learn the main fro mthe lesson, and after to do my own BT to play a short try out, nothing polished, but it's a good training to have a cool idea about what i can do on this sort of music

i really love this....

strange, in fact, i really love metal, i listen metal anytime, i have 80gb og metal into my car audio, but i never play metal, i prefere jazz, blues and latin rythms....

this is the tryout

a first occasion for me to bring rythm guitar with bass at the same time, i was tought not able to do it, it's not perfect but it sound

Nice playing mate. Bossa music is very relaxed and its rhythm is very rich. It's really good to hear different styles of music because that makes us richer musicians. As you said that you like Metal and Latin Rhythms, you've made me think on the Brazilian player Kiko Loureiro, who is a killer shredder progressive metal player but also really good playing brazilian music and fusion.

Have you heard his music?

If i remembrer correctly he was playing with Angra ?
I love Angra !!

It was have to learn this little rhythmic with bass. Not long to learn the notes and chords but long to train myself to do it.
And its not perfect.

Anyway, it's really Cool to play this !

Yes, Kiko is Angra's guitarists, and now is the new Megadeth guitarist.

If you want to get into bossa, you have to learn the rhythm patterns too. Check this lesson:

yes, Marty Friedman is THE guitarist for Megadeth, but I'm sure that Kiko will do a great job. He has a killer technique and has developed a nice sensibility with music. Looking forward their new music.

Do you know Astor Piazzolla? It's the most talented composer we've ever had in Argentina. He was a modern tango composer and a bandoneon player, and his music is amazing.

I love his collab album with Gary Burton:

This story makes sense because Marty Friedman played on a tribute to Piazzolla the last time he's been here, check it out:
