Yeah he says some good things there, I was a county level strength athlete so I know all about warming and stretching and what happens if you don't keep supple wink.gif tongue.gif

at the Moment I try to bring the Blocks 1&2 a Little bit on Speed... blink.gif

to control myself I've made a table to fill in the bpm's... it's a Motivation for me to see the bpm's increase.... (slowly)

If somebody needs also this "help", here is the file...
