Hey guys hows it going...

My names gabe... I have been browsing the video section and forums of this website for almost a month now but today I finally decided to join, dunno why the hell I didnt earlier haha. But anyway im from New Zealand and I have been playing guitar for only a few months now but not really seriously but now I want to get really into it and learn some songs and stuff so hopefully having access to this website will give me alot more motivation. Im really into my metal.... Stuff like Opeth, Immortal, Dimmu Borgir, Black Sabbath, Burzum, Gorgoroth, Lamb Of God and Sepultura but I listen to a few rock bands (not many) like Kyuss, Queens Of The Stone Age and Alice In chains. I really want to get my riggyjiggys and wailing guitars cranking and the band I would most like to play in the style of would deffinitly be Opeth. What I am currently playing with is a Kramer Striker 200st and an old 80's Rockit Supersustain130 valve amp (im told its a nz made mesaboogie copy). I also have a PA which I mostly just play my music through which is Jansen amp (been told this is the nz fender copy) which is hooked upto 2 200 watt yorkville performance series speakers which cranks at partys haha! I have an Morris MG-150 acoustic guitar aswell but it needs repairs but I am going to make another thread about that.. Also I will probably post some pics of my gear in that thread about it when I get round to it.

Well I was going somewhere with this (I think) but I forgot so im going to end it now.... sorry for my poor writing skills too.. hope its readable.
