Glommersträsk as in "road 95 to Arvidsjaur"?
Hey, neighbour!

Hate to say it (because of the heavy domination of Ibanez on this site smile.gif ) but from those I would pick an Ibanez (I guess the Ibanez guys can chime in on those particular guitars), because:

BC Rich, you pay a lot for the design so for that price there isn't much money left for the actual guitarplaying part of the guitar. You get more guitar for the same money somewhere else.

Epiphone, I'm sure they are good enough, but they are cheaper copies of something better and you are paying for the connection to the bigger brand and design too. Think you can get more guitar for the money with something else.

Just my opinion. The important thing is that YOU like the guitar. If you don't like it, you won't be so willing to play it.

PS. Just read your presentation. Since you are into metal you might like to check out Schecter guitars, like the Revenger is in that pricerange. Lot's of metal in those wink.gif

What styles do you want to play? The BC rich should be out of the question, very poor wood and pickups. Next i'd say if you want to play shred/metal go for the Ibanez, bit i personally would save up and get a better one, but only my opinion. On the other hand, Epiphone is the cheap version of Gibson, so go for that if you want to play classic rock types.

you better safe some money to buy the ibanez rg350gx, ask the other owners around here, it is the far best guitar in that price range.
B.C. Rich guitars are awesome, but only the high-class models, the bronze you mentioned is a really crappy guitar. The sg sounds the best of the guitars you mentioned but with it's standard pickups, the sg is not the best for playing metal

I'd pretty much agree with Zakk here.

Only other bit I'd add is that in that sort of price range 200-400Euros look at Vintage guitars. They don't have the kudos of the bigger names but the build qulaity and parts are what you'd expect from a much more expensive guitar.

Cheers,
Tony

Link for Vintage guitars/JHS btw.
