Hi Gab! It's Metal Essentials #3!
Here was my first REC take https://www.guitarmasterclass.net/guitar_fo...showtopic=59272 I just want a better result with all the RECs so I decided to work on the more difficult parts here and then go towards the REC. So how is it compared to the previous take? |

The slower parts, which were ok, are perfect now. The faster had sync and timing issues and now I just can note very small timing issues, but nothing very dramatic. The new take is a lot better than the previous one shared. It's a 8/9 at REC for me. -------------------- My lessons

Hi George!
The first thing that you can try is to check if your cable is not giving noise issues. If that's not the case, you can add a gate after or before your amp sim. This is a tutorial for reaper: -------------------- My lessons

Also, I am thinking of buying a new guitar and I would like your opinion on it! Also I will post it on the forum. Here is the link https://www.thomann.de/gr/lefthanded_guitar...Solar%20Guitars I don't know what should I choose. As you know I have a 7-string Schechter and I am very happy with it, as far as rhythm is concerned! But for soloing it has a really thin neck and it is not ideal. l would buy a & string again to tell the truth, but I am not sure! Which of those options are good? Thanks Gab |
