Hey everybody! We already have a successful game at the forum called "Similar Artist Forum Game" so I had the idea of do a similar thing but with guitarists!

The idea is simple, I share a youtube song from an Guitarist and the following GMCer has to share a new song that has some connection with the one that I've shared. It can be a similar style, use of any specific technique, or theory element, an influence, or maybe players from the same town can also work.

So one example could be:

I share a video by Ritchie Blackmore playing a Bethoveen composition.

Then, the following GMCer could share one of these:

Yngwie Malmsteen (Obviously influenced by Blackmore)

Steve Morse (he replaced Blackmore in Purple)

Uli Jon Roth (playing the same composition)

The possibilities are endless and we can share unknown (or underrated) guitarists as well. This should be more interesting if you share the reason why you are sharing the new video.

Does it make sense??

Ok, let's start!

hahah not totally on spot because that's a band, not a guitarist...

I give you or any other student another chance... based on that video by John Mayer covering Hendrix's song.
