He's quite a player and has overcome some issues too.

If you like his check out Berklee professor Tomo Fujita he's a funky blues jazzy guy who can really play too. He taught John Mayer for a short time at Berklee

Love Eric Gales. I stumbled across him years ago at some event that was promoted by a local radio station where they were giving away some free cd's, and the Eric Gales Band cd Resurrection was one that was given to me. It spent a lot of time in my disc changer after that. I probably didn't listen to anything else for a week.

Crazy thing about Eric is, that guitar he is playing is not a right handed guitar restrung for a lefty. It is actually a right handed guitar played upside down. High E up top. Take a close look at the vid and you will see what I mean if you didn't know this already.
