What are some good guitar books to learn from for beginners? That should be not some genre based...like metal scales for beginners or rock leads.....but more into generalised way?

Hi mate, that's not and easy question but my choice would be Guthrie Govan's Creative Guitar 1 (and then you can continue with the part 2).

By the way, we have a lot of courses and series for beginners here, like these ones:

A killer suggestion from KRIS. Also, checkout our own BEN HIGGINS as he made an entire section of vids just for this purpose!! Here is BENS collection. An entire course for aspiring players.

All I can say is everything you need is here and one thing books don't give you is feedback. Feedback is essential because you don't always hear your own errors. It takes courage to post a take, believe me I was so shy about doing it, now I don't have any issues with doing it and it pushes your playing along due to a tiny bit of pressure.

Stick around and enjoy the journey.

Nice to have you here smile.gif
