NICE!!! This is NOT an easy Mission. Requires,

*String Traverse, forward and back.
*Smooth pacing throughout
*Precise picking
*Right/left hand synch
*Crazy stretch

So it pulls together a bunch of techniques all at once. You Killed it!!!... let's debrief.

MEDALS OF HONOR
1.)Pinky Power!! Great use of the pink to reach and hammer the notes

2.)SOLID string traverse without any unwanted notes/noise.

3.)Back and forth on the strings without missing the strike or finger. Nice!

You ticked every box I was looking for soldier and did it with style. Congrats!! you just..

LEVELED UP!!!!

Lesson 34 - This one I was surprisingly able to go faster than expected. I don't really know how, with the big stretch, but this one wasn't too bad for me.

I was away there for a while, but it's good to be back and practicing. This lesson was challenging, since it was so open. I tried to practice different scale patterns ascending and descending until I could get pseudo comfortable with moving through them at tempo without thinking too much. I tried to avoid my cliche licks and stay within the lesson instructions. It isn't the fastest or most interesting solo, but I only had one moment where my brain fell behind and I flubbed a bit. I just tried to let the backing track play and improvise, so none of this is planned.

Well Fought Soldier! This is what I like to see. You are using a wide variety of stuff we've done and your own bits. I noticed the scale inversions and they worked quite well. It really gave me an Iron Maiden vibe which I mus say is right up my alley. You could tour on those chops. You've come a LOOOOOOONNNG way and you are ready to solo over pretty much anything that gets thrown your way. If you have not done so, I'd say get over to Gabes collab and put in a killer solo and put the same solo in my sunday challenge to give it more exposure. Folks need to see that rapid progress is possible with a massive amount of hard work!!!

Let's Debrief!..

MEDALS OF HONOR

*Playing with the backing, not against it: This separates the wheat from the chaff. You did a really good job on this. I did get the vibe that you may have been running out at the very end but still, great solo.
*Technique: Spot on, everything we've worked on, synch/picking/muting, etc
*VIBE: the most important part of any solo. is it listenable? Will the listener hit skip as soon as the solo starts? Not this time!

Welcome to Level 36!! I have not handed many of these Triple chevron badges out in 5 years time. You are one of the few, the proud, the honest to goodness BADASSes that earn the living daylights out of it. Congrats.

You just...

LEVELED UP!!!

Well Fought Soldier!!! The fact that you didn't this one too hard speaks well of your ability Soldier! Some folks find this one to
be a real finger twister!! Well played on the Doubles as well! Let's debrief!

MEDALS OF HONOR

*AGRESSIVE STYLE: Points for shear aggression on this one Soldier! You attacked it with speed and precision. Nice.

*MULTI PICKING: Not only did you tear through the Mission, but you double picked it as well! Score!

*TECHNIQUE: Solid palm mute, precise multi picking, not to mention aggressive approach.

In short you just ...

LEVELED UP!!!

Well Fought Soldier!!! You are only steps away from your next added CHEVRON on your badge. I have not given many of these out so it's a rarified group. You have made great progress Soldier!! Let's debrief!!

MEDALS OF HONOR

*Solid Picking Technique: Both hands are synched up, your strikes are very certain and strong. Nice!

*Solid Palm Mute: You have gotten a very good handle on picking while keeping your mute solid. Well done!

*Solid Timing: This Mission, like many, falls apart if your timing slips even just a bit. Not here, timing is spot on.

This is a bit of a finger twister and you clearly have a good grasp of it. I think you are more than ready for what's coming at you at the next Chevron stage. In other words, you just..

LEVELED UP!!!!!

I think you mean LESSON 38? You already passed 37 per your new Mission Badge smile.gif This looks like you just killed it and as it's your last stop before the next badge upgrade, I'm gonna make it a bit tougher on you as it looks too easy! Give me these licks as Either Double, Triple or Quad pick. Dealers choices!! You will find it forces you to pick. a bit different.

NAILED IT!!!!! . That's what I'm talking about Soldier!!!! Same killer use of Technique, Double the picking action. Nice!! Let's Debrief!!

MEDALS OF HONOR

*PICKING AS CLEAN AS GLASS: Despite the Double Picking hurdle, each strike is measured and even and strong.

*SYNCH SO TIGHT YOU COULD BOUNCE A QUARTER OFF OF IT: Right/Left hand Synch is Spot On, Per Usual!!

*PALM SUNDAY PALM MUTE: Palm Muting so solid that it naturally coincides with a Religious Observance!

In short, you applied your usual precision to this little finger twister and made it your own! No drama, just clean and precise. Well fought Soldier!!! Also, you just made it to your next CHEVRON and ...

LEVELED UP!!!!!!
*Not many 4 Chevron Badges Floating about and I've been granting badges for more than half a decade. You must be doing something right Soldier!!!
