Most of the stock presets in GUITAR RIG are a bit crap. However, I have shared many of my personal presets which took countless hours to create in an effort to get rid of that lame buzz sound. They are all free to download in my guitar rig archive. The new version of Guitar RIg will take the previous version presets which is handy
https://www.guitarmasterclass.net/guitar_fo...showtopic=37629 Once I found some decent tones, it was my FAVE plugin for years. Todd These are some goods advices. Will check if I can find good version for MAC and try out all of those. I was not too pleased by the performance of Guitar rig when it comes to the bass notes and strong chords. It sounds kind of "buzzy". But this far I have only been experimenting with presets. Maybe need to find my own setup here. |

Todd Damn it. That sounds awesome. Only handicap that I still have: it's a demo version. So you cannot import any presets... Will try yours as soon as I got full version on site! Thanks Todd! Looks great Has a very "European Project Studio" Vibe to it. The color scheme looks clean and professional. Per your gear choices, you will own TONS of gear as you go, it's a good idea to always be trying new things even once you know what works Otherwise, you find you get stuck in a bit of a rut and stop trying new things. Never heard of that brand of monitor so let us know how they go I've swapped some things around in my home studio and added four new Ibanez guitars to the mix as well which is way overboard, even for me. Probably sell a few but I wanted to have two models of each to compare (RGT and Xiphos variations). I've found that there are indeed subtle differences in the same model line, despite Ibanez saying the exact opposite. Anyhoo, here is my little studio as it sits now *POST PICS OF YOUR RECORDING SETUP FOLKS! [ Still way to go for me, but this looks amazing. I ll keep growing But for now enjoy the basics. I would definitely like to add 1 or 2 more axes to my setup end of this year! How many guitars are in your collection by now Todd? |

At least buying guitars is a proper addiction! though I'd really like to come up with my own design and build it by myself.
