"Silver Bells" by Jay Livingston and Ray Evans.
It debuted in The Lemon Drop Kid, released in 1951 starring Bob Hope and Marilyn Maxwell. The first famous recorded version was done by Bing Crosby and Carol Richards for Decca Records in 1950.
