I just ran across this YT channel today while browsing backing tracks. There are a quite a few songs here with different instruments and vocals that are either isolated in one channel or removed from the track altogether. There are a lot of songs to wade through, but going through the playlists might make it easier to find the song you are looking for, if it happens to be there.

Thats very cool. Just taking some of those tracks and building on them would be a great way to work on a number of things. Making your own versions just for the sake of doing it can yield some great feedbacK!
