People say the AA has better/more accurate amp tones but as long as you like the tones it doesn't really matter if they're accurate. Also, apparently if you get a couple of decent IRs you're set up.
I can't really help you mate, I don't know if I;ve made the right choice yet

I have a Roland EV-5 which works, apparently if you reverse the polarity in the Helix software.

Update:
The first UK units are now in stock at Andertons so I should get it early next week I'm a little nervous to be honest I remember when I first plugged in the beast that is the Amplifire 12, it blew me away with how natural and organic it sounded, I hope this does the same as it is a shot in the dark buying it due to the circumstances.-------------------- SEE MY GMC CERTIFICATE “Success is not obtained overnight. I can't mate, I had to send it back within the 30 days and the Helix LT wasn't in stock, I had to take the chance.

 I'm getting nervous. I'm not expecting it to be as good out of the box as the AA but I'm only going on what I've read mainly about the stock cabs and that you need IRs to get it as good as the AA.
