How to typically spend Saturdays? Is it more practice, a holiday or both?

The only time I miss practise is when I'm not home.
Saturdays and Sundays my wife and I go out somewhere like a Riverside walk, a country village, the seaside, a stately home, anything that is relaxing, sometimes we call in somewhere for a meal on the way home, then I practice

My motivation and inspiration is somewhat so and so at the moment, and has been for a while, so I don't actually put much time into practicing. I need to start doing that.
