There is a new amazing lesson shared called Sophisticated Blues and it's a good excuse to practice some blues and talk about some blues players.

Which guitarists come to your mind when hearing the phrasing "Sophisticated Blues"?

The first ones that come to my mind are Wes Montgomery, Robben Ford and Scott Henderson.

What about you?

Hi Gab,

This lesson is a crush
When I listened to, I thought at once has Robben ford.

I do not know well scoott henderson,
for me his playing is slightly too extrovert, I prefer playing more classic

Hi Gab

Thank, it's great,

yeah! That's a great album, and Scott is one of the blues/fusion genius of the last decades. Don't miss the opportunity to enjoy and learn from his work.

Undoubtedly Matt Schofield for me..

His phrasing, tone and note choices kill me..

Simon

I've seen the first vid before. His blues phrasing is really enjoyable. I don't know too much about him but as you made me remember, I'll check what else I can find...
