ONE CHANGE IN HOW YOU PRACTICE TO MAKE YOU BETTER AT PLAYING RIGHT AWAY
In this first post, I'd like to talk about how to properly sit and stand while holding a guitar to maximize the natural physical advantages available. If you have never done this before, watch the vid and try it smile.gif It's not for everyone, but neither is shredding!

I used to get really bad pains in back of my neck, It felt like a nail stuck in my back. Literally couldn't play and had to lay down.
Ever since I started to use a stool I can go for longer sessions without feeling any pain at all!

So I recommend it! Not only for shredding, but for good posture in general.

RETRIBUTION COLLAB

our own BEN (CAEL) invited me to join him in a bit of a guitar collab. He got the backing and soloed (loved it by the way) then I came in and filled in the gaps. It worked out well! Applying the secrets of shred, my left foot is boosted way off the ground to give me better neck acces. What do you think?

Thanks for checking it out!!! We turned this around in just a couple of days so it was a quick one. The solo was my second pass at it. Turned out cool! Don't forget to give the SHRED CHALLENGE a try smile.gif I think I'll cut the tries together to make a vid as soon as I have some tries to cut!
