I had the studio head version of that, it was an awesome amp but picked up a lot of interference in my house. I have weird mains.
HEAR IT HERE I have to say, I did find out later on that my main PC was giving out a lot of rf interference so I got a laptop which helped. I had got rid of the Laney by then, I'd love to try it now. It was a lot more susceptible that the Peavey though but it might have been something I could live with using my laptop. I'm sure it will be fine. I took it to my friend's guitar shop, when we tried it, zero interference. My mains are shocking.

Oh, I was more so talking about the difficulty of getting one. Laney is an 80s all tube go to - if it is all tube you will not be disappointed. Set your gain fairly high for the tube growl, and back off the guitar volume knob for your clean tones and you're golden. As a tube head owner, the sweet spot should be set in stone - rely on your guitar's volume knob to get your clean tone and you'll see the light -------------------- The more I practice, the more I wish I had time to practice!
