> Rules

Here is where the magic happens: the REC board turns bedroom guitarists into real pros. Remember - it doesn't matter if you fail or pass, as long as you keep posting REC takes you will progress.

The entries will be graded by a number of instructors. After grading, members will be accredited with the appropriate points if they pass, and adjustments will be made to their REC level.
Passing grade is 6 or higher.

Hi mate!

Great job!! I can note that your timing is much better now. This new take feels better regarding groove and dynamics.

However I still note tuning issues in the higher strings, it's a bit better now but there is still a problem there. Please check if the problem is related to guitar calibration,. old strings, or fingers pressure.

Keep on the good job!

This one is more groovey and more tight timing wise. It has less problemns with unwanted noises. There are still soem notes on the E1 string missing in the mix..maybe you need to redirect the point of pick stroke to accent more the highest strings than the middle ones. Or...you can take the screw driver and launch the clean channel to see if the pickup pole pieces are setup right. You have fixed mentioned aspect in a visible way but still not perfect. I belive you deserve to next grading point with what you did, but you need some more work to skip to a higher levels.

Nice improvement! This one feels tighter and more balanced.

As a further improvement, I would like to see your right hand get a bit more aggressive. Maybe using a slightly bigger movement and more attack. I think this would produce a stronger tone and convey more energy.

You get an 8 from me - keep up the great work!
