Hey guys!! I'm so happy to say that I have a new guitar specially designed and handmade for me by Pablo Lojo! smile.gif

I've installed Seymour Duncan Jb & Jazz on it, Schaller Tuners with lockers and Gotoh Bridge with tremolo (510T). That nice top is nogal (walnut).

Check it out:

It all comes down to the money. Its the import that costs so much and the import taxes. It ends up being a lot more than a custom built guitar from UK sad.gif

UPDATE:
I think the only way is for Cirse to tour Europe and you bring it in as one of your working guitars then I could collect from you and pay Pablo just for the guitar and buy you a £100 case of beer wink.gif

Ahh!! I tought that your were asking about other models... laugh.gif

The idea was to do a tremolo version of my Les Paul studio because I need it to play live with Cirse so other than that, it has similar details to my gibson which I've switched tuners (Schaller) and Pick ups (Seymour Duncan).

I see smile.gif So how do you like that trem? I notice there is no locking nut, Are you satisfied with the performance and how well the system stays in tune?

I'm impressed with this tremolo performance. There are no tuning issues at all. The luthier told me that it's because of the material that he used for the nut. At the same time, the system is much better than others that I've tried. The bar can be set fixed or not, and it responds great to very soft movements (in the style of Beck).

That's great! Sounds like a simple and solid system. cool.gif
