My Advice
Figure out what you want in life early.Wether it's the girl, the partying
or mastering the guitar.Adding any 2 together will get in your way.

The guitar used by Eugene is a Fender Telecaster.
The guitar amplifier used by Eugene is a Pignose
The guitar used by Jack Butler (Steve Vai) is a Charvel San Dimas.
The guitar amplifier used by Jack Butler (Steve Vai) is a Carvin X100B.
The Notes and tab for all songs from the movie can be found in the "Elusive Light and Sound Volume One" book

Says wikepedia lol

Vai once mentioned in the interview that it was really difficult to record it as what he considered a BAD playing producers considered an AWESOME playing. So they told him to make it worse and to him it was a nightmare to make it worse.

It's a cool movie! Really like it!

Haha, currently I use:

- Crossroads (Pagini)
- Muris' Exercise
- Pavel's Luca Turilli

...as my alternative picking exercises each day, and it is working a treat. The tab for the Crossroads stuff can be found on all the major tabbing sites (that aren't shut down right now!).

I've played for 20 years, and gotta say these three are having a REALLY positive improvement on my playing. Can't thank Pagini in person, but Pavel...Muris...you guys rock. laugh.gif

James.
