Playing left handed guitar sucks to say the least . You have a very , very limited selection . There are never quality guitars in stock, and then when it comes to pick ups , configurations , different neck styles or dimensions . You have nothing to choose from so How in the world could one figure out what you like ,an since there is nothing is stock , the only other option is to order it and hope like heck it works , but who wants to spend a couple grand on something that might suck.
So when I saw this , I called guitar center and asked what if i special order this and don't like it . \They said I have 30 day money back guarantee , so I thought , what do I have to loose

https://www.schecterguitars.com/guitars/lef...t-handed-detail

and I got to say , It rocks . So many things I have never been able to try it one guitar , plays like a dream .
The only thing it lacks is , The fishman fluence pick up can have a third single coil tone which could have made this guitar much more versatile , as is , it is a metal machine and its nice to finally have a quality guitar

Super Congrats! That's a fine axe to be sure. The Fluence are the hot pickup of the moment for good reason. They are some of the best pups being built currently. They seem to have knocked BAREKNUCKLE off of the boutique pickup throne. At least until whatever the next big thing is. It looked like BKP had it wrapped up until just wads of players started putting fluence pups in and then Ibanez and other big name builders started using fluence pup as stock in several guitars.

I hope you can record some collabs or videos or something of some kind in any way shape or form to let us see / hear the guitar in action. I know you don't often record but it would be great to see the new bird fly!

Todd

Nice guitar.
I don't usually go for stuff like that but that one is beautiful in an understated way.

What do the push-pull tone and volume pots do?

That looks awesome, I hope you two become great friends.

I too want to hear your thoughts on the Fishman pickups they seem to be winning hearts, Ben Eller, Satchel etc all use them

Could you share a simply recording that reflects the 2 tone options from the PU? even a chord would do, just curious.

Maybe it's brexit smile.gif It seems that folks are just falling in love with the tone of the fluence though. For a while, Ibanez was using BKP pups in new builds, now they have switched to using fluence in some new builds as have wads of other builders. I have not tried the fluence yet, but I think I"m the only one smile.gif I am a bit of an Ibby cork sniffer so my Ibby's are pure stock even though the pups are far from perfect.

the pups have 2 voicing's , fairly close to one another , they really need the third single coil voicing

I try to whip something up , their metal , they are awesome , they are wonderfully quiet, but I would tell anybody , get the ones that have single coil voicing's
