Hey Zen,

It's a limited edition run. The model name is RG752MFS VFD. There were only made 39 world wide, if I recall correctly. However you may be lucky to find one. It's a good guitar, but also a bit pricey and it does have one flaw that would make me hesitant in buying it - the fret markers are almost invisible and very difficult to see. They are abalone and on the neck you can barely see them.

Thanks ! I have added it to my GAS list laugh.gif

Hi smile.gif
Lots of nice setups here.
Mine has certainly gone through many changes - some more drastic than others. I've also moved a few times. I'll just let the pictures do the talking. wink.gif

Thanks Todd, I have you to thank for much of the inspiration in the beginning. These monitors you recommended are still running strong!

I had a pair of those and I kick myself every day for selling them. Thats why I suggested them to you as I'd used them and I trusted them. I wish I had them as my second pair right now to have a B pair to test mixes. I bought and eris 4.5 pair and I HATE them. But I suppose they are meant to sound like crap to mimic crappy playback systems. They make my skin crawl. They sounded great loud, great quiet. they were just really solid monitors. I'm happy I could be of help! Your studio has really come a long way!!!!! Looks amazing.

Todd

Very cool! I can tell your home studio setup quite a bit and it's looking very cool! Is there anything yet still in the planning stages?

Besides cleaning up there's not really much on the horizon besides guitars I miss that I used to own (Yamaha, Fender Strat), and maybe getting a bass.

Like gabe are you using OBS to do more than one input at a time with video?

I had it set up for streaming at one point, with the possibility to switch between "scenes", videos, angles and showing different things on my computer. Only yesterday I started having problems with OBS, and I ended up resetting all my settings and scenes to make it work again, so right at this moment I don't have that capability, but I usually am able to do so. I haven't used it since I stopped streaming quite some time back though.

Was talking to BEN today about home studios and he linked me back to this page and I'd forgotten about FIREBALLS studio update posts. This is a walk back through time!!! I thought this would be a great place to put new pix of your home studio and maybe the latest video you recently shared?

ANYONE ELSE GOT UPDATED HOME STUDIO PICS?

I have been relegated to a small corner of the Attic. it does the trick though. Basically my PC with an Edirol UA-101 Interface, a pair of headphones, a camera and my TV. Need to pickup some monitors at some point. On the other side of the room I have a Marshall DSL40CR out to a Traynor DHX 2x12 Dark horse cabinet and some SM57's.

Thanks! It's a work in progress. Yea man,, the TV is a 4K Samsung 43". Works great with the PC. Running an RTX 2070 Super in the system too, so gaming at 1440p is a great bonus. 👌

I need to upgrade to a better computer monitor t oo. I use a 26" TV and a 19 inch actual computer screen that is 13-14 years old or so by now. I don't have endless amount of room, but could possible have two 24 or possibly 27 at a push, but I'm not sure about the latter.

Here's my current setup. This is the most honest "look" when I'm just sitting here. Nice and moody. Great for creativity or some gaming!

But in my latest video, you can see what I do with it when I have all my lights on.

Awesome track and playing. It was so cool to see your cohort Thomas Burton is from the same Province as myself in Canada, Nova Scotia. Small world man. Bravo!

Mine is just a standard HDTV 1920x1080 but that's as high as I need it for music production so it's ok wink.gif It's a 40 incher I think? Been a while since I got it. Been a great monitor! The audio monitors are KALI AUDIO LP6 which are the best deal on earth at $300 a pair! If you get a pair of monitors I would highly suggest the LP6 as they are the best bang for the buck ever imho smile.gif

The bevel on modern HD monitors is so small now tha tyou can probably fit a 40 inch!

I can't fit two 40 inch though, and I really don't think I can go back to just 1. I had my old TV (37 inch) there + the 19 inch at one point and it was a struggle size wise, so I'd imagine two 24 or 27 would be ideal smile.gif
