Hello friends! I've discovers this concept (and book) thanks to The Guitar Hour concept and I honestly really like it.

I wanted to share it with you because maybe you can find it useful to apply in different aspects of your life, including Guitar & Music.

If we want to change our lives, we’re often told that we need to think big, make drastic changes, or perhaps move across continents, but what if we could achieve major transformations just through small tweaks to our daily routines? We all tend to overestimate the importance of single actions and underestimate the power of making small improvements repetitively over a longer period of time. Real change comes from the compound effects of hundreds of small decisions or small habits that, over the time, accumulate to produce remarkable results.
Changing the lifestyles, behaviors and identities.

Do you agree that small habits can have a big impact in our lives?
What do you think of this concept?
Would you apply/try it?

I heard someone say something like this:

"when you decided you love someone, it didn't happen in one day. That person did small things, every time you met, that made you love him/her more and more. Eventually, you woke up one morning and said you loved him/her"

Same with anything (hobby, skill, ability etc). You don't become a master of it in one day. Small and consistent efforts are needed, which will eventually build up, and help you achieve your goal.

That's a great quote Steve! It also makes me think on the 10000 hours idea...
