i come nowhere near to that sound T.T my built in distortion (overdrive, distortion, metal, metal stack) dont sound anywhere close to that much distorted sound

Yeah, I know him !!! hehe, he won the endorsement from Ibanez with Benjamin Lechuga (another young great guitarplayer), I like his video with Paul Gilbert !!!

Personally that whole jam sounded like a total nonsense - listen to drums+ bass and try to somehow fit them with solos...

But Gilbert really was a nice guy when he made crowd applause to Gustavo! Gustavo did a great job anyway getting on stage with Paul himself! Respect!

I agree, Gilbert has always struck me as a genuinely nice guy who has fun when he plays. I suspect Guerro was probably pretty damn nervous about playing with Gilbert, I'd probably shit my pants and miss every note in the same situation.
