Sadly, Alexi from Children of Bodom has passed away. It's another great loss to start the new year sad.gif He was a great player and created some killer music. I was really hoping that we would start off this year with a pause in what seemed liked the stead flow of bad news and death that came to define 2020. Sadly, we are off to a bad start. Here's to hoping that the remainder of the year is a bit more balanced in terms of good news. He will be missed.

Here he is doing his thing in some of his more memorable live solos.

I haven't heard much by them, friend of mine is a big fan though. What I have heard of him though was impressive. R. I. P Alexi.

Second R. I. P on here this year already. sad.gif

I listened quite a bit to the COB "Follow The Reaper". Alexi's skills are hard to miss! May he rest in peace.

A killer collab from some great bands in Tribute to Alexi. This is a complicated COB song and they nail it.
