Knuckles Hurting

Who knows? It's extremely difficult to make a diagnosis on a forum and I don't think a guitar forum is the right place to get good answers about this. They could hurt maybe if you play with too much tension but I'd hate myself if I told you it's so and later it shouws it's really arthritis.
