Ahh,you know my english sucks as hell Tony laugh.gif
Ok,what I did is that I plugged my guitar into Pandora, than with stereo cable in PC.
Card is E-MU 1820m which is semi-pro imo.
And I used Reaper to record along with BT you provided here.

And solo. smile.gif
Mostly I was moving around C major(A minor) scale and pentatonic scale,
with chromatic adds-on below or above desired note.
And there is one OUT over G 7/+5 where I played pieces of C# scale.
Combined with this G chord it smells like semi-whole tone scale.
Not nuclear physic tho. smile.gif

Nope - better than nuclear physics Muris.

BTW - particularly liked the outside C sharp fragments - I always liked that sort of cool sound. Nice double stops. All chromatics? thought some sounded as neighbour tones but can't say I've listened rigourously enough to be sure.

Cheers,
Tony

Well,if we have scale of 7 notes and add chromatic to connect them all,
every add one is neighbour tone indeed, either above or below of something. smile.gif

Very true - I'm just being pedantic Muris (nothing new there wink.gif ). All chromatics are neighbouring tones but not all neighbouring tones are chromatics wink.gif smile.gif .

Regardless of me being a pedant it's a great solo both feel and stylistically.

Cheers,
Tony

(I'm just desperately hunting around to offer you something by way of constructive critique when the time comes blink.gif . I need to say something like 'Very good but you need to think about X.' Not an easy one to find gaps in mate - you could have thought about poor me the critic and made my life easy and fluffed the solo rather then acing it wink.gif unsure.gif tongue.gif )

Hello everyone!
Got back from a week of just metronome practicing and Cubase experimenting!
Too bad I'm still stuck in boxes and shape thinking... mad.gif
Do you mind if I try seomething here?

Hi Tony! Here's my effort...
I am far too behind to think of the chords while playing, as you know I'm still stuck in boxes! mad.gif
So what I did was just to try to play the melody that came to my mind, as Muris always suggests.
Hope it's ok, at least I gave it a try! unsure.gif
